At SunPower we endeavor to resolve your feedback or complaint at time of your first contact with SunPower, but sometimes this is not always possible.  If you believe your matter has not been resolved, please contact and ask for our dispute resolution officer on 1800 786 769 (Business Hours 9am-5pm).  SunPower will aim to resolve your complaint within 5 business days.  

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint with SunPower, you may refer your matter to a free external dispute resolution scheme that covers financial services.  Sunpower Capital Australia is a member of an External Dispute Resolution scheme which is the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited.
